We guide our homeowners through every step of the planning, design, and construction of the home. Some of these items include; lot and Topography analysis, floor plan selection, putting together and submitting ARB packages for approval, and guidance in interior & exterior design selections. We build a limited number of homes per year, allowing us to give our utmost attention to each project.
We put a lot of time and energy into the design details, creating a warm and completed look to the home. J. DuBonn Builders’ homes have more finish details incorporated into them than other builders can provide at anywhere near the price. In many instances we hand draw and develop the details ourselves. From copper and wrought-iron accents to antique wood beams, our homes create a unique and inviting living space.
We believe that part of providing exceptional customer service is through honesty, ethics, and staying true to our word. Many of our customers are from out-of-state, so effective and thorough communication is key. We have a simple and effective system for keeping our out of town clients informed throughout the construction process with an internet based website that provides updated pictures and construction schedules for our customers. It is also very important to us to establish a strong rapport with our clients. Many of our clients have in return complimented us by providing strong references and many referrals.
About John DuBonn: John is a hands-on leader who works directly with our clients and subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the construction process are being performed at the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. From estimating, construction management, design modification and customer communication, John’s priority is to ensure that each homeowner is getting exactly what they want in their home at the best value possible. He also spends time researching the latest building trends and meeting with subcontractors regarding new building materials to ensure that our homeowners have access to the latest in energy-efficient building products & technology.
About Tiffany DuBonn: Tiffany is responsible for all financial management and budget analysis as well as to assist homeowners with interior and exterior design selections. Tiffany’s priority is to keep each home-owner within their budget and up-to-date on their costs so that there are no “hidden surprises” at the end of the construction process. Tiffany is also dedicated to helping each homeowner design a home that is truly beautiful and unique. From interior paint colors and light fixtures to exterior design elements, she is dedicated to perfecting even the smallest detail, and to making sure our homeowners’ style is reflected in every aspect of their home.
